Baby It's cold outside Card

Good Morning everybody,
This morning starts the new challenge at Tammy's Scrapin Corner . This weeks challenge is "Anything Goes" whoohoo : ) and we have 3 sponsors which means 3 prizes! The sponsors are Doodle Dragon Studios, Eureka Stamps and MarkerPOP. This week I'm using an image from Doodle Dragon Studios, "Cocoa Soak 2". I color the hat with Copics, for the rest I use Twinkling H2O's. I wanted it to shine, unfortunately the picture doesn't show it as well as it looks. For the nose and his button I use Sukura Glaze pens. I used a Sizzix emboss folder-snowflakes, DP from DCWV-The Evergreen Stack. The sentiment and blue snowflakes are from Paper House 3D, the Silver ones and present from K&Company. The ribbon is from The Paper Studio-Fibers. I use stickes to glitter the steam.
