Garden Rose Fairy Card

Good Monday everybody : )
Today at Tammy's Scrapin Corner Starts the new challenge and this week is "Add Flowers" how easy is that. You guys don't want to miss this one because our sponsor are A Day For Daisies and  Eureka stamps.
I used this image from A Day For Daisies call Roses and Wings and I found this perfect saying in the internet. I'm trying a center steep card for the first time and I really like it.

The design paper is from K&Company-Merryweather. The rose is from Wild Orchid Crafts.

I decided to make this card, I don't know what to call it, would it be an open sentiment or an universal sentiment? Or just an universal card? When you can make it any kind of card needed. I'm entering this card in the following challenges:
